Ok heres my question but Ill might be wrong so please dont get angry with me
Jeremus and Firentis keep on talking about how they want peace all this stuff wont eventually they will want to stop fighting and leave my party to become some sort of hippies?
I just dont want to lose a good fighter Firentis
and a good medic so ya.....

                                Thank You Very Much-------

They will complain, but if you implement the tweak (the link above), then you can decide whether to let them leave of not, they will still babble about peace, but will fight and will (if you wish) stay.

Just follow the instructions in the post that tells you how to change it. Open up conversation.txt and use the find function (edit > find if you're using Notepad) and enter dlga_companion_quitting_response:companion_quitting_no into the search field.

Somehow I can quite picture Firentis riding an Harley Davidson with Jeremus at his back. Yeeeaaahhh!! Easy rider!!

I never had a problem keeping the two of them around (without using any tweaks/mods/cheats/etc...)

Really frequent battles might lower their morale temporarily, but some "standard" positive morale effects (keeping varied food around, etc...) should be enough to keep them happy. Keep in mind that they also like each other, which will help as well. Of course, this is how things work out with my Chivalrous playstyle; if you run around looting villages and stuff they might decide to leave (if I remember correctly, they both dislike raiding villages, and I think at least Firentis dislikes failing quests as well).

What they really mean is they want peace in Calradia...through the destruction of all your enemies

That's pretty much exactly what they say. They want peace and the only way to accomplish that is to kill a lot of bandits and unite the land under one nation.
