Javelins and Brigands and Tears

I'm playing on 100% damage. Personally I think javelins are just insane. I can live with getting one-punched into next dimension by one ocassionally, but I find it kinda riddiculous just how many perma deaths they cause, especially agains very high tier troops. And worst of all, those are usually not high tier javelin units either.
Assaulting hideouts with brigands means just feeding my sergeants and legionnaries into trash compactor. In the open they permakill the heavies cavalary like it's going out of style.
And don't even get me started on auto resolve battles. ~20 Mountain Bandits can easily rack up dozen of kills on a 100+ veteran army.

At least make them wound more instead of outright killing, on heavy armored units :< (All ranged weapons seem to kill way more often than wound, but at least with forest bandits one can deal with it somewhat)

Yay or nay?
