Jarl bug

It seems the majority of Lords on the Nord side are bugged, they do not resupply men. Our marshal, Jarl Knudarr is down to 3 troops leading the campaign. Last campaign he had 7 troops. When I joined the faction he had over 100. The whole marching force of Nords is on Average about 25 men each lord. So less than 200 now against the massive armies of the Rhodoks and Swadia could probably crush us, but fortunately they don't seems to recognize our weakness.

King Ragnar has just over 100 troops and won't engage anyone it seems. Anyone know of a solution that can save my savegame? Other than abandoning the faction for one that will function? If I was farther in, I'd rebel and take it over, but there is no guarantee that the bugged lords will not still be bugged under my command.

Have they been constantly at war? If so, they haven't had the time to replenish their troops, because they are constantly fighting.

There has been a war going constantly, but there has been breaks in the campaigns. Jarl Knudarr is constantly going back to his castle but never getting more troops. I've just never seen them get that low. Rhodoks just made peace but we have been at war with Swadia forever.
