Need More Info It's been over 4 months and I still can't play the game.

How can it possibly take 4 months to fix an issues as big as the game crashing on launch, I am constantly reading patch notes and never seeing any updates on this situation and there's no way for me to get my money back on steam because it worked fine for 50 hours of game play before this problem. Not to mention you guys haven't even posted any updates on your progress on this in 4 MONTHS, your last post about this is a sticky post from April 5th. I just want to play the game or get my money back this is a joke at this point, its like every other problem is more important then the people who can't even launch the game. just laughable customer service.

You haven't described the issue. Is there an error message? Have you tried to validate your files on Steam? Have you tried deleting the settings from your Documents to generate new ones? Are you working off a clean, unmodded base?

i did describe the issue the game is crashing on launch. obviously I've tried every fix that is posted on the forums like i said its been 4 months. if the game was modded that would be something i would have added in.

that is the only official post been made regarding an issue that has been around for 4 months with no updates to the post or new posts about it since.

Crashing on launch is about as vague as a description of a problem could be. It could be incompatible hardware, incompatible software, or any number of things holding up the processes.

Make sure when you post about an issue that you also post your hardware specs.

Have you made sure your hardware drivers are up to date?
Have you done a fresh reinstall?

Looking at your post history doesn't really enlighten about what you've done to help the issue.

Your asking if i tried any of the obvious things? yes i even took the cartridge out and blew on it, I find it hard to believe that the brand new computer i just built 8 months ago that is the issue.If you could stop with your white knighting for the company who made the game and let someone who's trying to help, or works for them respond that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, below is our default bug reporting template. Please give us more info using this. If you have sent any reports using the crash uploader, posting the crash ID would help us a lot, too. If you did not save the ID, can you try launching the game, sending a report and posting the crash ID with the rest of the information below?
