In Progress Items disappearing

My games is always stuttering and having performances issues playing at low settings. My Gpu Limit at 1500/2048. When try to buy something its has a very lag problems and items is disappearing in any city or after the winning battle. Also have spikes and stuttering issues at battle when my battle limit at 400.
How to Reproduce: Try to win any battle and rush to continue button dont wait at army and prisoner just click next without waiting your battle loots will disappearing nothing shows at items section.
