Item_editor ?

Hello,

I am looking for a program named "item_editor". A mod conceptor told me I had to use it if I wanted to modify some items in his mod. But the search I did in the forum gave me references but no link, thread nor information about this program.

Someone says it is downloadable in the mod dev' section but can't find it.

Could you please give me the link or references ?

The problem was I searched for "Item_editor", "Item" "editor" but never serched for "itemeditor" ! It is in the first page, though !
