The followings are just random observations, not a full review of everything. When I balance item stats for my mods I use a system thus every data is logical.

Imperial simple leather armor is cheaper than a western gambeson although it has better stats.
Western gambeson is not a civilian item. It's just a gambeson so it should be.

Highland mail shirt could be highland mail vest It's a vest, no sleeves.
Highland chainmail could be highland chainmail vest It's a vest, no sleeves.

Highland chainmail is longer than Highland mail shirt, it should provide more leg protection. But both of these have cloth sleeves so their arm armor should be the same.
Even leather scale armor and Imperial simple leather armor provide 6 leg armor so it should be even higher.

Reinforced leather vambraces are what many people often call splint 'armor', the Splinted vambraces name would fit better. Similarly like you have Splint boots.

Guard's kettle over padded coif could be Kettle hat over padded coif. The Guard's part seems unnecessary.

Western padded coat has a leather outer layer so it should be better than a standard gambeson for example western gambeson. Furthermore, it's not metal armor so it should be civilian clothing. The same to the sleeveless padded coat.

Brass scale shoulders. Brass is a weak material making armors so it shouldn't give that much protection. Its stats should be halved.

Leather studdedhelm over roughscale is just a leather helmet even though it's just 1 point less armor than metal helmets (24). There should be more. Comparison: roundkettle over imperial leather has 25 armor, guard's kettle over padded coif has 26. It still has higher armor (24) than segmented cervelliere over mail which is a metal helmet.

worn woodland boots have 0 leg armor even though it's on tier 2. It came with a companion.

Highland scale armor is sleeveless, it doesn't even have cloth sleeves but still provides 2 arm armor. This should be removed.
However its body armor is very low (24), almost like leather which should be better. See imperial simple leather armor has 22 body armor.

Leather armor with armor plates has worse def stats than imperial simple leather armor and it's quite unreasonable. They cover the same body parts. 22,4,4 vs 22,6,6
Leather armor with armor plates is also too heavy compared to its stats. 9.6 vs the 3.1 comparing the same two armors.

Eastern Fur Hat, it's a cap it doesn't have a brim.

Long sabre is not a civilian weapon for some reason. It's a one handed sabre so it should be.

Imperial mail coif has the same protection as the imperial padded coif (1:cool:. Metal headgears should provide more protection than textile or leather.
Roundkettle over laced cloth has the same value 18.

Shoulder armors like a_empire_plated_shoulder_a which are really just a few stripes provide as much body armor as a full gambeson. 16 body and 8 arm. IIRC None of gambesons give as much arm protection despite they cover more area. There are many similar empire shoulder armors not just this one.

Mail cavalier boots provide more protection (23) than for example lamellar plate boots (19). The first one is just mail, the second lamellar armor ON mail.

Imperial gambeson with skirts has low stats 16,8,4, still not a civilian item. It should be. For example, Imperial long gambeson is almost the same 16,8,5 and still a civilian item.
Padded leather shirt 16,8,4 is a civilian item.

Laced coif is just a padded coif so it should be a civilian item.

Bronze roundkettle doesn't look like a bronze item at all. It's okay if it's just a placeholder but I'm quite sure it isn't because setting colors is quite easy. It has mail neck protection so it shouldn't give less armor than for example roundkettle over imperial leather. Bronze is not worse for armors than iron.

Iron nasalhelm over imperial padding has the same armor value (27) as the Peaked helmet over laced coif. The former is 3.7 kg while the latter is 1.1 kg so the nasalhelm should provide far more armor than the peaked helmet.
Guard's kettle over padded coif has 26 armor and it's just 1.5 kg while Iron nasalhelm over imperial padding has 27, only a single point higher but it's 3.4 kg.

If you use the American spelling sabre should be saber.
