Just calmly put your hand on your chest, feel the heat band of when your hand is touching your chest, and then when you've calmed down ask yourself: Why am I doing this? Why am I bothering myself and other? Why can't I just leave it and be happy with what I've got?
This isn't a history lesson but a game, Taleworlds aren't some random teachers but game developers, I bet a lot of the people playing the game doesn't really care much of the story but for the gameplay, with that said, no one cares of what they're named except you guys in Lithuanian, and you guys know that you took a part in this conflict so what's the big deal?

I already know the answer is no to all of these questions. Why? Because even if you aren't a 12 year old little brat, no agency would ever let you have a child. Also, you don't care about anyone but yourself! Nobody else cares about the title, I even doubt most full blooded Lithuanian people care!
The only reason it was called the Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth is because they were SUBJUGATED by the Russians along with the poles. You REALLY want Lithuania to share in the "glory" of that? Then they were absorbed into the U.S.S.R. proper! I fail to see the pride there. It's like bragging that France won the french revolution, it's embarrassing.

Being given that (despite your own personal beliefs) Lithuanians represented only about 750 000 citizens in a 11M country, that poles largely dominated the cultural and social life, that the crown was more developed in terms of economy and administration, and that the commonwealth was largely referred to elsewhere as "Poland", I think that 'Polish commonwealth' is a valid synecdoche if the full and official name doesn't fit.
But once again we could change it to 'Great Lithuania' or something in the same taste to satisfy Osviux

While I honestly don't care about the topic that much, the historical arguments amuse me a bit.
This is a game where the Crimean Khanate can take all of Eastern Europe and hold it for all eternity. So can every other faction if the PC wants to do that. Or they can have rebellions that never happened, or not have ones that did, put down successful ones, cause unsuccessful ones to succeed, etc. History is broken by the main character's very existence, every action the main character takes shatters more and more of historical accuracy. But that's half the fun in the game to begin with! If the game merely followed strict history it'd suck.

As I understand it the name won't fit. Maybe you should ask for one or more Lithuanian troop types to be added in the future? Would that salve things/feelings? I think they are trying the best they can to make everyone happy but there may be somethings they just can't fix due to matters out of their hands ok.

I don't think it is to satisfy the German and Scottish communities, but rather intended towards historical accuracy. If to go by that, there aren't many "unique" Lithuanian units to add. Separate armies, yes, separate unit profiles, not much.

All troops near that time period were commonwealth troops, indistinguishable. Unless you'd like to add troops used in the 1500s or troops used after the U.S.S.R. broke up.. Unless.... Does Taleworlds know how to code in a modern scoped sniper? No?
