disagree, its stupid. deal with ur issue for 10 minutes - cancel cancel culture. Theres no reason you should decide what a person should do in a game or how they should play in a game they purchased with their own money. Kicking can be abused.

CSGO and most multiplayer games can vote to kick people, why not M&B II. The majority vote guarantees against abuse. And of course I have reason to decide that abuse and interference with others' games should be prohibited. And it's not up to me, but up to most people. After all, unlike M&B: Warband, there is no management in the game, you can only rely on voting to kick people to maintain the order of the game.

Just wait for dedicated servers to get released, then you'll be able to play on custom servers with active admin teams.

it really doesnt guarantee it, it just guarantees the amount of ppl who vote yes or no, once enough yes votes, it kicks. what about all the other ppl who dont vote, it doesnt take into account ALL the votes. Therefore, its a skewed majority. Also, ppl kick abuse for many reasons, wheres the safeguard against that? None.

there should be a competitive option, with kicking I guess, but not int the non-laddered/non-competitive mode

i like that much better. keeps the game purchaser safe from grief kickers or whatever, and allows servers to police themslves

Vote kick is heavily abused in most games and needs to be very carefully designed. Even having "vote yes/no" pop up constantly is one way it's abused, and nothing stops them from joining back in since it's not a ban.

Currently you can click someones name on the scoreboard and a "mute" option pops up. Though I haven't tested it I assume that will stop their text from showing.

I didn't get into a situation yet where a kick or ban was needed, not a fan of kick-/banpolls showing up every 30 seconds because somebodys feefees where hurt

once there's obvious cheating, do some good ol' recording of footage, screenshots and a report on the forum

Had the joy of today dealing with some idiot in siege who decided to open all the doors and use the battering ram on defenders, we need some way to deal with these griefers. His name was lightouch or something like that.

I'm in favor of short bans, if someone gets enough reports they get banned for 1, 7, 14, 30 days, just because you bought something doesn't give you a right to ruin other peoples experience of said game, if you want to jack around and do stupid **** then bring up your own server, stay away from people that are actually trying to play the game.
