It doesnt open

Hello guys I just bought the DLC to play it but now I cant play normal warband and the Viking DLC too it just doesnt show up and I cant enter to the game...

Are you using Steam? If you are it is all automagic, if not

1) Download Warband 1.168 and reinstall it. That will make sure you are playing the correct version of the game

2) Did you get VC 2.023? If not you need to redownload the DLC and install it

(two different downloads, you need both)


After that is done if you still can't play you will need to provide more details. "It doesnt show up" doesn't tell the devs much. How about you post some screenshots if you are unsure how to explain it?

look it says running but it does not open after that and that Running thingy is only for a MOMENT after that its gone boom

I am using steam

1) Do a verify game cache on Steam. It will fix any installations issues

2) Provide your rgl_log.txt, rgl_config.txt

3) What system are you using? Win8, Win10, Mac, Linux

Pics or description of the problem will be needed as I mentioned above. Sounds to me you have issues with your drivers, but without any info that is just a guess.

Deleted all the game and now re-downloading it.

Rgl_log.txt is located on your game folder.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband

Rgl_config.txt is located on your /doc folder

C:\Users\[your name]\Documents\Mount&Blade Warband

Try to launch game once (Native, not VC). If it fails, delete your rgl_config.txt. Try again.

If you can't you will need to visit the support forum for Warband (link posted above). If you can start the game for Native, but can't on VC, report back
