Closed It always snows when you get in a scene on snowy part of the map

Summary: If you get in a scene on snowy part of the map, battle or settlement doesn't matter, it always snows regardless of the sky. Walk around Omor in winter for example and you can walk under pouring snow while the sky is filled with stars. I think this started with dynamic weather feature, it wasn't like this before.
How to Reproduce: get in northern towns during winter and check the sky.

Could you describe the issue here in more detail? I am afraid we did not really understand the bug here.

It always snows in snowy parts of the map. Take a walk in a town or fight against bandits, don't matter. If you get in any scene in snowy part of the campaign map, there's snow on the ground which is OK but there's also snowfall regardless of how the sky looks, as seen in the photo. Clear sky with stars, yet it's snowing.

In earlier versions before dynamic weather was introduced, it wasn't like this. We had snowy scenes, without snowfall.
