Is warband dieing?

I just can't help notice, most mods and servers for warband in general are diminishing. 

Is it that time already?

Has warband reached the end of it's life span?

I think people are just waiting for Bannerlord.

Probably thinking it's not too far off.  I personally imagine it having no more than half to a whole year of development till release.  Might as well play some other games in the meantime.

I can't wait until European Blood gets released.  I hope it revitalizes the PW scene, as it's game mechanics and rules leave less Bull **** to deal with that you do on traditional PW servers, such as with what are normally incompetent (or at least, without proper tools to form proper conclusions) and at times clearly abusive admins and privileged groups, completely inane rules that are impossible to properly enforce, etc.

Knowing Taleworlds, they may want to stop waiting, and start playing warband
