I started a game with cheats, waged war on khuzait from lvl 1 using ctrl+alt+f4 to defeat them and executing all the lords.
I sieged several towns and castles myself and I have them as a lvl 3 clan.
I can't create a kingdom yet, so it's just myself,
I have defeated and killed all khuzait lords
No one else seems to wager war on me no matter how long I wait.
Can I have half the map on my control and as long as I'm not a kingdom other kingdoms won't start wars with me?

It's normal. You can have 100% of the map under your control and kingdoms will never start wars with you.
