Is this Mod Multiplayer and Singleplayer (before I waste time downloading)?

I have been so excited when a few mods have come out, they look good but then always dissapoint me by not having a multiplayer or singleplayer. So here is my question: Is this Mod Multiplayer and Singleplayer

This is a multiplayer mod. So you are not dissapointed in the future, you can always tell by looking at the mods respective board/thread title: (S) means singeplayer, (M) is multiplayer and (B) is both.

The mod is pretty good, some of the people playing it (randomers and other various people who can be classified as "idiots") can sometimes be a pain in the ass. Of course, not everyone is like that.
