Is there plan to make melee combat looks more natural and practical?

Just like the title, I want to know devs have a plan to make melee combat looks more natural and practical than now.

On horse back, it's really good. But on foot, it still looks needs an works on it. Like the arms are placed way to behind of the body when start of an attack and when hold it.
Shield's movement while attacking / when hold the attack. And so on. These things are what makes mostly bugging me from this game so far.

Fun fact is, as far as I know the animations were obtained from MoCap. So they actually are already natural.

I think one of the two is happening:
1) They didn't capture motion data from people who actually knew how to handle weapons, which makes the movement look strange.
2) We are so used to artificial animations in games that natural movements actually look less natural than artificial animations.
3) There is also the fact that while the individual animations might be natural, the transition from one to the other might not be. After all they can't record the complete movement in a single file, our characters move around through a composition of different captured movements.

Probably a bit of all of that, although I suspect number 3) is the main issue. I honestly don't have a big problem with their combat animations myself though, I also don't think there's a whole lot they could do about it.

Edit: I will say thought that just making the shield move around when the camera turns instead of being locked in place depending on the initial blocking direction would go a long way. That to me is the one thing that really feels unnatural, shields felt more natural in Warband.

As a Warband fan I like how Bannerlord stays true to the combat system which is a big part of why I've spent thousands of hours in the game. If you don't like the combat system then please move on. If TW actually decides to change animations so its more natural then I'd rather go back to Warband.
