Is there an ending?

  I have killed thousands of invasion troops and amazingly enough, the Nords were well prepared and destroyed quite a few, themselves.  I have run around the map for several days and found no more Centurions and seen no messages of battle/conquest referring to them.  Does the game tell you when they are destroyed?

It should announce a faction eliminated message.
