Is there a way to track game events?

There was a "logs" or "notes" feature in Warband where you could see the recent events like who captured who, who was banished, which castle fell etc. I know there is an encyclopedia feature but you have to manually search for things in that, if you know what I mean.

Character and clan pages in the encyclopedia show a timeline of some events, relevant to that person/clan on the right.

I suppose a full list of all world events would be too cluttered.

Same for me, in warband was that a good feature.

Definitely need a menu for looking at recent notifications in the log. I feel like I'm missing out on all the goings on in the world because all the info disappears.
