Is there a way to import/export character?

I'm kind of tired to start new campaigns after every patch. Is there a mod maybe that lets you export & then import character stats into a new game?

I used this one to change one of my perks by export, edit with notepad and import. Console version works fine. There are 2 side effects - changes skill points from 0 to 1 and removes xp progress on every skill (doesn't remove your skill points or level but if you had for example scouting at 200 and your xp bar was almost finished to reach 201, you lose that filled xp bar). Didn't notice anything other.
