Yes, of course.
You can edit body, you can edit animation...
You need OpenBRF and any 3d editor. Blender, for example. Plugin for Blender is on this site.

Everyone has the same body underneath, the model is only changed when you wear armor.

So undead only looks like undead because they are wearing a armor that contains the whole undead bodies.

Another example is putting a man in a woman's dress - they will look exactly like a woman's body, breast included.

Sorry, but that is flat out wrong. It is true the body mesh changes when you wear armor, yet the base body type is clearly defined by the body mesh associated with the particular skin. So there definitely are different bodies.
