is there a way i can make mesh use two materials at once? ( im doing a helmet )

or if not that, is it possible to combine two different meshes with different textures, and when there combined, they have both of the texture's/material's instead of just using one>?

Make your helmet with two materials assigned. Import to OpenBRF and click yes when it asks if you want to split the mesh
And then you're done

am i able to assign to materials in OpenBRF? if so could you tell me?

its ok if u don't, imma maori so imma juss tutu (have a touch/play) around wittit

EDIT: when i import it and say yes, it splits into two meshes

EDIT: sorry.. i wrote the first post backwords.. i know how to combine meshes its just that i need it to use multiple materials cause it looks weird when they combine and use just one

You can't make one mesh use two different materials, but you can make an item or prop use two different meshes. What you do is have the different meshes in OpenBRF and name the first one anything, let's say 'Mesh' and the second piece 'Mesh.2' the game will use both meshes combined when you tell it to use the one named 'Mesh'.

oh i understand now, thank both of you guys so much i really really appreciate the help
