Is there a simple way to edit companions stats?

I know how to edit the main character's stats.  What about companions?

AFAIK you can do it by using Companion Export mod.

Also, for short questions like this I'd advise you to use this thread, no need for opening plenty of new topics.

You can also change their stats in troops.txt or with Morghs editor.
Changes only applies when you begin game.

Tripida, can you tell me how to read and alter troops.txt?  Is there a mod takes all skills points people have out of Leadership and Inventory Management?

I was using Morghs editor for that, it would take ages for me to change every troop and bandut skills and equipment.

No you don't. Morgh's Tools is very simple to use.
