Is there a mod...?

Hi all
I am looking for a mod (better a total conversion) of M&B Warband where the game is tweaked so that the kingdom management is less frustrating and tedious.

I find the game enthusing up to the point where you start your own kingdom, then it becomes horribly annoying as your lords roam uselessly the countryside and don't defend their castles, and you still have to do all the work.

I was hoping a mod existed where lords can be assigned duties so to better organise the kingdom...

I would also love to see a mod where maybe companions could be the only soldiers in your band (meaning that soldier numbers would be greatly reduced and we would see a world inhabited only of small bands rather than large armies, where a bunch of 20 companions can change everything).

Does anything like this exist?

I assume you already know about Diplomacy.  If not, definitely check that out.  It doesn't exactly do what you're looking for, but it definitely makes managing things a lot easier.

Also, just a thought, but this is a sandbox game with no particular goal.  No one says you have to start your own kingdom.  Your goal in a playthrough could be to stay loyal to a faction and help them unite Calradia.  I personally don't really like all the management involved in running your own kingdom, so I just don't do it.

In Native you can talk to your vassals and give them assignments like go to this castle or patrol around that town and they will kind of do it.
If an enemy marshal comes with a big army they will run away and it will still be up to you to defend the castle. But even if they didn't run away the enemy army would have wiped them out once again leaving you to defend the castle.
You're the only one that can kill 100+ enemy in a battle so it's always going to be up to you.

You can put all your troops except companions in a garrison and ride around in Native. The enemy will still have big armies but if you are all leveled and geared up you can actually take on some pretty big odds.

I have played mods that include diplomacy but i still find it greatly frustrating when you kickstart a kingdom (also because of the war declarations that you usually get just because you just appeared).

I was just wondering if there are mods where the exprience of starting a kingdom up is improved on the military and management side.
