Hi , i was wondering if there is some kind of mod out there thats add gore to the game , ive heard about a mod called Full Dismemberment where u can cut of heads and limbs.
Might wanna see if this is easy enough to get working for you. It's actually a modders kit, and I've never used it, but you should be able to simply install it to native.
