is there a "call horse" command?

i read somewhere that pressing F when on foot calls an unmanned horse over to you.  handy for when your horse gets killed.  is this true?  it doesn't seem to be working for me.  maybe it was a mod.

No, there is no way to call your horse to you.
The only thing like that I've seen is an item that summons a horse by magic (in the Native Fantasy mod).

then you havn't looked very hard, you can do it in Native Expansion and Expanded Gameplay.
