Is the Aserai Horse the Only Tier 4 Horse in Campaign or Is My Game Bugged?

I've been playing this campaign since version 1.1 or 1.2 but this issue has persisted throughout all of the versions. I think the loot tables/merchant inventory is bugged because I am unable to find a lot of items.

When I go to the wiki I can see that there are quite a few tier 4 horses but in my game I can only find the Aserai horse. Are the other T4 horses for multiplayer only or is my game bugged?

Furthermore I cannot find many of the weapons that I found in my previous playthrough. I have searched all of the Battanian cities, multiple times, over many years and I have not been able to find any Falx, or Rhomphalias. I found a polearm version of the Falx but for some weird reason it's called a "Sledgehammer".

Can anybody confirm if this is a bug? I'm considering using console commands to give myself a different horse because the Aserai horse is too quick and flimsy...

Aserai horse is listed under tier 3 along with battanian warmount, imperial charger, steppe warhorse, sturgian hunter, vlandian courser, hunter and charger. Did you see any of those?
There are no tier 4 horses, it jumps to noble horses at tier 5, and they all have the tag is_merchandise="false" so those might only be aquired through tournaments.

It looks like a tier 4 horse in-game, along with a few other tourny horses.

Unintentional I guess. It requires only 60 skill unlike those others. They also have noble in their item id while aserai horse has t2 like other tier 3 horses.
