No not really, you can simulate two pistols if you use the troop editor and its not the greatest simulation of dual wielding pistols so... To answer your question, No.

I see. Too bad. I hope that someday we could have a dual wielding animation. Imagine wielding 2 pistols or two blades at the same time. That's COOL. Anyway, thanks for answering my question dude.
