Is it possible to let my vassals have their own kingdom?

I'm just wondering. I have this old save file with loads of vassals and I have the whole map with nothing to do. I thought it would be fun to let one of them have their own kingdom then either battle or ally them for teh lulz. Is this possible?

No. Never has been possible.

Okay... So is it possible for me to piss them off so they revolt or something?

The only way you can make a vassal a sovereign is if you do the following.

1) Roll a female character.
2) Marry a lord.
3) Convince him to forge a kingdom with you.
4) Agree to make him the sovereign.

is there a way to kill your spouse? and if not, is there a mod that makes it possible?
