Is it just me ? Villagers and Bandits

Hi people, really love the game but I only have one question. When I roam the world why I don't see any bandits and villagers fighting or anything like that, it feels kinda empty. No bandits attacking caravans, no looters killing villagers and so on. Anyone else noticed it ?

Same with Lords even when the faction isn't at war with everyone I never find anyone

I've seen them fighting couple of times. Even helped once.

I mean it would be cool to rush in to save the caravan, or save some villagers or something. In my game they are just passing eachother

Bandits just roam around randomly doing nothing. So Warbandey after many years.

I swear I've seen some looters raiding a villiage

I haven't seen any lordless battle to rush in. Only lords fighting.

Maybe because the bandits (not looters) are always smaller than 15 members and most caravans and villagers have around 20ish members.
