Is anyone still here? Can you help me with activating the Iron Launcher?

I can't get Iron Launcher to work.

I'm using Mount and Blade 1.011. I only have 1 install of the game. I have re-installed it through steam multiple times. I have redownloaded the mod multiple times. I have run it in administrator mode. I have tried the work around of switching copying the Data folder to the main folder. What should I try next?

The mod developer is pretty dead, and it seems the community around here is fairly dead as well.

If you are running windows 8 then I am probably having the same problem. If you really want to play this mod I would advise just using the work around which it seems like you have tried which doesn't require you to run Iron launcher.

Just switch the data folders and run mount and blade as normal except for changing the module from native to berserk

So, Iron Launcher needs to access some data and save files which Steam changes. Iron Launcher is incompatible with steam (remember this was back in 2009)
Your options are to use a work around, like Irasian suggested, or to get a hold of a non-steam version of Mount and Blade. You can buy a license from Taleworlds.
