Ironflesh expanding

I was looking over the stats today, and I thought about ironflesh for a second. To some of us, it might seem underpowered. I think a small bonus could be added to ironflesh to make it a little more desirable. Possible bonuses:
+armor
-encumbrance

Good idea?

encumbrance is important in M&B vanilla where with too much weight you can't even move.

However I would ask just to allow to mod ironflesh. For now ironflesh is hardcoded, when you mod you can buff leadership but you can't buff ironflesh.
