If armagan (or anybody else) wanted to set up an IRC channel for M&B, I would happily frequent it as long as it was properly moderated (or Opped, whatever) but I think it could potentially cause problems as not everyone would want to talk about the same thing. Some would want to have serious M&B modding discussions, some would wanna chat about inane things, which might cause conflict.
