I have played banner lord for quite some time. in campaign mode, when I start to build-up my kingdom I needed other clans to join me to make my kingdom stronger and i realized follow other clans leaders takes a lot of time/effort especially if he's/she's your enemies and its faster than you.
so why you don't make message feature. where I can send a member of my clan or any member of my party/kingdom to offer other clans to join my kingdom. in that message, I can offer castles/cities or at least promise them for castles/cities and the messenger takes 2-6 days to reach and get a response.
I lost hours just searching for clans leaders and follows their steps. also, following other clans who're in a war with me is painful because they run faster than the kingdom leader who has a huge army.
in the end, it's just a suggestion which will make the kingdom feature even easier to invite clans to your kingdom without losing years of your character age by following/search for them.
