Inventory & related skills

As the size of my army increases, so should my carrying capacity.  Inventory Management should better reflect what it is, as well, and be a % bonus to my total inventory, rather than providing a set # of inventory slots.

(This was mentioned in a post last year, but) inventory management should be a party skill -- all party members with any inventory management should be able to help the party's overall inventory management.  In other words, good packing skills = carry more stuff.

Likewise, looters should each add 1 to inventory management, and any member with Caravan in their title (or derived from Caravan people) should provide +2.  Afterall, these are people that relied on their ability to manage inventory to survive.  (Looters and traders that couldn't carry much wouldn't survive.)

Each horse should provide additional inventory slots, but some should be better than others (in fact, having pack horses would be especially helpful -- horses that were bred for and conditioned to carry dead weight).

Of course, each person can carry some gear, too.  This is especially important when it comes to food.  Right now, with a party capacity a bit under 200, my small inventory has to be mostly full of food.  That means I've got little available for looting villages or taking spoils from defeated armies.  In fact, I don't care for food management at all.  Here I am, Marshall of KK for 3 times in a row, having personally defeated three factions with very little real help from the other lords, having more renown then my faction's leader, and I am personally responsible for buying and managing my army's food.  That's a bit silly -- I'd assign someone else to do that (like one of the heroes in my party, who are a trader by trade, or the one who mentions liking to cook).

I'm also running out of money, because this army demands quite a bit in the way of wages, and food costs quite a bit (and I'm always buying a bunch of it).  I expected that my fiefs would be giving me food every week or month, but they're not.  All I get is cash, and not very much.  Doesn't matter how many times I brought them cattle or grain, or cleared out some raiders, they never give me any food.  That's usually the idea with feudalism -- I supply protection, you supply me and my armies goods and services (primarily food).  I'd like to receive food and cattle herds at my castles from my subjects.
