If I go to the beta patch 1.6.1 the issue resolves itself

Im glad i looked through and found this, I'm having the same issue as the OP, This is on a fresh Campaign start, no Mods loaded, tried it on the beta 1.6.1 patch and current live patch. get the same result. I have also verified my game files as well as updated my driver.

To verify files on steam, Right Click on the game, go to properties, local files and the option should be there.

Can you try deleting the contents of "C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Shaders" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\Native\TileSets\pages" folders and verifying your game files?

Thank you and I will attempt it right now and respond with an updated status. (Deleted the "Shaders" File and the "pages" in the respective locations.)

EDIT**: Seems to have broken my Character screen now
As well as Smithy

Back to the Store/inventory and smithy screens being weird... Character screen is back to normal though. Maybe I just reinstall it?

Can you try a clean install?
If you don't want to do another full reinstall you can try this: please make sure you delete everything on here: "Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\Native\AssetPackages" and "Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\Sandbox\AssetPackages" Verify the game files after wards.

Clean Install
The clean install is removing every single game-related file from your computer and installing the game again. Why do you need to remove the game while you just want to remove the modifications? Unfortunately, some of the modifications do not just add a new modules folder but also change or adds contents to the existent modules folder. Without a reinstall, we can't be sure those files are unchanged.

To perform a Clean Install, Uninstall the game. You can do that by right-clicking the game on Steam Library and selecting Delete Local Content. Delete all folders related to the game that remains after the uninstallation. The folders that might have files inside:
Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord
Epic: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord

Note: You'll need to allow Windows to display hidden folders and files to see the ProgramData folder and its contents.

I went into the steam files "common" path and just deleted that whole M&B 2 Banner Lord folder and reinstalled and now all menus are working properly now. Thank you.
