Invading armies.

Hello!
I saw a few months ago,that you dont have the manpower and the codes to allow invading armies to capture castles or towns.Is this still true?Its very unfortunate,it would be an incredible addition,and imo the only thing,thats missing from the mod.

Well it would probably only further weaken the factions who have trouble with invading armies, the Empire in particular.
