Improve trade assessing prices simply by giving us an information somewhere, where we can review what we assessed. It could be placed under "Notes" "other" with a information how old the info was and we could manually delete it when we do not need it anymore (with an automatic deletion after 30 days?).

When zoomed out to the maximum, make it possible to click town names for traveling instead of having to click on the town directly.

A button to zoom to your player on the map would be nice (the same that happens when you give a move order). When you give a move order to a distant town, it scrolls back slowly to you, sometimes getting you into a fight, that could have been avoided, if the camera would have been faster.

To this suggestion above, I also suggest to rearrange icons that they do not overlay when zoomed out to the maximum. This could allow you to display enemy parties near your player, so you could manage it from a very zoomed out perspective and immediately see when someone is nearby. Something similar to Supreme Commander but more basic, although I guess it would be hard to implement.

A fast forward button for the main map (you can do that by camping, but if I want to fast forward while traveling to a town with a superior army and no enemies, I get bored).

A setting that allows for fast forward (in camp mode and the suggested normal fast forwarding), but cancels the fast forwarding when a hostile party (a party that is riding towards the player, has the player as a destination) joins the viewing range.

When fighting a drunk in a bar and your first weapon is a ranged one, you are screwed, since as soon as you try to cycle through it, you are notified that it is not allowed to shoot and the weapon cycle is reset. That'll teach me to switch weapons in the inventory...still stupid.

Edit added 11th April:
The right click menu on a lord should give the option to follow that lord, so you do not have to click manage your way near him.

That's a good idea but right now you can give a move order and click pause right away. The screen will center on you while the game is paused.

On your last suggestion, your wepon slots have a fast-switch button on your numpad. I keep my melee weapon on numpad 2 for those situations.
