You have to download the Floris Module System from the download and info page here.

The native module system is utterly different from ours and sorely lacking our content.

Setting an export path only influences where a module system compiles to, meaning where the information from a module system GO. It does not in any way influence the module system itself.

Okay I looked in "Introduction + Downloads [v2.4]" and did not see a link or anything to a Floris Module System. Just the Floris Mod Pack.

That is the closest thing I could find to a "download and info page".

EDIT! YES finally my god...  it is called the Source Code. Found it on the Repository. It is on the release notes, but its called Source Code. No wonder I couldn't find it.
