I posted this in the correct forum sorry about the messup

It says at the top of the screen "Support requests can be posted in the Singleplayer or Multiplayer forums below, not in this main parent forum."
So you need to go deeper from the tech support page to SP or MP.

EDIT: I totally didn't read the top I went straight to the bottom of the page -_- I'm a goober
