Just a wondering... Do i put the mod into my modules folder then use the patch egiii v0.94 and drag all the files into it and overwrite? Is that how i install it or do i do something else too

thanks in anticipation

i got it working by not using the patch and just dragging the mod to modules and i was fine... i just hope the patch is really needed because it wouldnt work when i used it

While y'all are on this topic, could somebody give a very simple step-by-step guide for insatlling this mod for the technologically impaired?  I've never had to mess with RAR files before.  Hell, I don't even know what RAR means.  Thank you, this mod looks great, and I wouldn't mind playing it.

Download Expanded Gameplay III 0.94.rar -> Right Click on Expanded_Gameplay_III_0.94.rar and click Extract Files.. -> Browse to your Mount&Blade/Modules folder and click on Ok. Be sure that it extracts to Mount&Blade/Modules. To check, go to your Mount&Blade/Modules and look if you see a folder there called Expanded Gameplay III v0.94.

1) If you do not get the 'Extract Files...' option when right clicking, you probably don't have a program installed that can handle .rar files. Download this file: http://www.rarsoft.com/rar/wrar380.exe and install it. Then it should work. (I am not in any way responsible for what happens if you download this file or when you install it. I am too tired to do this anyway. That link seemed okay.)

Should work. Now I am really going to sleep.

Alright, so that is where my problem starts... and abruptly ends.  I do understand extraction and all, so that's what I did.  However, when I attempted to extract it to my modules folder, I got about a squillion errors, a beepy noise, and I had to "break operation".  I can't browse directly on my extraction tool either, only go to the big things like desktop, so I just copied and pasted the file into it.

Edit:  Never mind, through the miracle of cutting and pasting, and possibly a little black magic, it ahs been done.
Thanks again!

Hehe, basically cutting and pasting should be the same as extracting. (or copying and pasting rather). But I find extracting easier. Good that is has been done though.
