Installing on a no internet computer?

hi
so I have bought a copy of warband, can I install it on my game computer that has no internet?
I tried and it brought up something about steam.dll
Is there a way around this or do I need the Internet, I want to play single player not multiplayer.

The disk copy needs the internet because it installs via Steam. If you can get the key you can download the installer from this site, copy it over to your gaming PC and then run through a manual activation.

well I still haven't found a serial number for a manual activation,
are you supposed to use the mount and blade serial number like for the beta?
my brother has the same copy installed on his computer, do I need another copy? but that still doesn't solve the serial number thing.
maybe i should buy another copy
