I bought m&b w on steam a while back (2 or so weeks). I liked it and played it a lot.
Before 1.124 came out I actually told steam via properties to NOT update immediately when a patch comes out for m&b, regardless of that it still updated. I had a game that was going great with the latest diplomacy mod that was made for 1.13.
After 1.124 comes out - game stutters, mods broken (of course. I understand), slight improvements are outweighted by the tons of critical bugs such as the pathfinding one and siege ranged kill one (Seriously now, how do you miss something like this in testing?).
After downloading and installing 1.13 on my machine it outright refuses to run (Obviously because of steam, in some form). So after turning steam off, uninstalling the game from steam it still does not work.
Regedit didnt really clear up the matter for me since Im not used to using it at all. I thought I could delete it completely and then reinstall but Id rather ask for advice before acting.
I tried searching and didnt find anything relevant.
Simply put: After installing 1.124 on steam I try to download 1.113. 1.113 after installing does not run.
How can I make 1.113 run in these circumstances.
p.s. I hate steam (runs slow, eats up a ton of resources, vac is utterly useless) and only use it because several friends insist on using it as a chat program.
