Installation?

Hey there!  I went and downloaded all the downloads for it and now I am working on putting the files in the right place... I'm just wondering about installation for the textures... do I just drag all the files into the folder for textures, or do I drag the whole texture folder somewhere?

The texture pack is for modders. You don't need it to play NE.
