installation problem

ok, I downloaded it a few minutes ago and saved it in my modules folder, but it doesn't work. It redirects me to an internet page that suddenly closes and i get the 'open' 'save as' screen. I also had that problem with WW2 china battlefield mod. So, any help will be much appreciated.

Did you extract it with winRAR?

1. I don't have WinRAR but I've been able to extract all my other mods.
2. When I right-click it, doesn't say 'extract'.

You need WinRar.

Then extract it.
