I am not sure if I am missing something. But when I queue for Captain, Skirmish and Siege at the same time it is never clear which game mode I got into. A banner at the top or on the side that said "Skirmish" would be very helpful.
A minimal overview of the map that is currently being played would also be helpful. Like me many people I don't know what the maps look like from the little glimpse behind the character selection. It would be nice to be able to make an informed decision about the use of cavalry/archers/infantry.
