Information attained from travelers

My suggestion it twofold
First i find it unrealistic that they know the exact location of every book merchant/ransom broker etc. in Europe, it would be better if for example: you are in England you go to a tavern ask the traveler for book merchant if there are non to be found in England he tells you there might be one in Scotland ( but he still chargers you for it ) when you go to a tavern in Scotland and find a traveler he then tells you in which town there is a book merchant/ransom broker etc.

Second i would like the option of telling me where i might find companions and bards/traveling whatever.... ( in the above described manner ) finding companions after every non compatible patch is very annoying

first, you spend more time to visit Scotland, and the Book merchant not wait you. I think, they will stay in Town 7 day and they change their Town

second, you can ask the tavent keeper about Companion. if they know, you can ask them and they will answer. If they don't know, nothing happen

It would only add to the realism think about it by the time you get there he already left, book are suppose to be rare it that age finding them should be a challenge,  but this gives me an idea when you become a ruler you may choose to patronize a monastery ( they were responsible for copying and storing books ) in return for a fix amount every month you get a random book.

Not hard to find them. If hard, you can use speed mod 100% or teleport cheat
