Most of the tourism is related to horses, olive oil, history (buildings, temples, romans, jews, muslims, and christians), handicraft (guitars, hats, furniture) and wine and food, and of course, some about bullfight (almost all old typical bars of tapas have something related to it, at least some photos)
Time for meals: 1 or 2 breakfast, early morning and/or noon, lunch at 2-3pm, dinner from 9pm. So shops are usually open till 8 pm
