Resolved Influence bugged

I had about 50+ influence, when i conquered the town as shown on image, My influence went negative. please look into this matter.

Same happened to me but with -250

Same happened here. Was already at war with the kingdom I attacked too. Is there perhaps a "dont sack villages" policy our kingdoms may have had? Now I'm -250 influence and feels like theres no point continuing as this toon as influence gain is waaaaay to slow when its working anyway.

I mean, I took 5 castles and a town for this ki from and was only able to gain one of the castles for myself. Now I cant summon armies or do any influence related actions.
