Need More Info Infinite loading on Login

Summary: Once getting past the opening loading screens, when I click login, it will load infinitely. I left it for several hours today but with no luck. I was able to get on earlier, but now with no avail. I attempted following all recommended solutions, reinstalled and everything but no luck.

How to Reproduce: Attempt to login to the multiplayer servers.

Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
GPU Driver Version: 31.0.15.2756
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
RAM: 48 GB RAM
Motherboard: AORUS B450 pro
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): 1TB SSD, 4TB HDD

  • Yes, Microsoft defender.
• Are you using a VPN? If so, which one?
  • No.
• Are you on a public network like a university network?
  • No.
• When did this start to happen? Please provide a patch version if you can.

After a bit of digging, I see that when I reinstall bannerlord, there is nothing for battleye. No folder nor indicator for an install. I'm curious if this may be aiding the issue.
