Infinite arrows not working.

I have tried the infinite arrows while defending, but it doesn't work. I went through a whole siege and never got more arrows. Can any1 confirm this?

I had it work, but there are two instances of the same string, I replaced both of them.

Look in the recommended mods for PoP thread, but please don't post there unless you have a mod. It clogs up the thread making it harder to find the tweaks.
