In Progress Infantry ring around archers strategy seems busted.

Summary: Seems every time my commander says they plan to form a defensive ring around our archers, the infantry kind of runs around aimlessly and doesn't know what to do. Might just be a coincidence, or it might be bugged.
How to Reproduce: Get the commander to utilize this strategy.
